Whitney and Tim got married today.

She looked beautiful. He grinned when she entered the room.

They are perfect for each other.

We had a fabulous time.

We danced and danced, which was wonderful.

(I got overheated again, which was not good, but my crack team of tablemates made me a couple of cold compresses and got me on the way to cooling down.)

  • {Body fat} released: Serious workout this am – clean and jerks, bench press, ab work… the whole shebang.  Lots of dancing at the wedding to top it off.
