I’m getting a big head.

I have noticed that my head is getting bigger and bigger.

I am not gaining weight in any other areas (though I’m not losing, either), but my face is growing. My glasses are fitting tightly at the temples. My face looks enormous to me in the mirror.

I fear that it is the dreaded prednisone moon face.

That’s a real term. You can google it.

I am not very keen on this. I already have a naturally round head and naturally puffy cheeks. The last thing I need is something puffing up my head even more.

Luckily, I have a boy who loves me no matter how big my head is. This is a very fortunate thing.

Daily Check-In:

  • I’m grateful! yet again, for Skype. We were able to call Kaiser in Portland when Q had an allergic reaction to the cough syrup we got her yesterday, and they put my mind at ease that although the hives will itch for a while, she will be fine.
